Media Intelligence Services

On behalf of Queensland Government, Queensland Government Procurement, within the Department of Housing and Public Works (HPW) is issuing this Invitation to Offer (ITO) to establish a whole of Government

Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Media Intelligence Services to eligible Customers.

The focus of the ITO will be aligned to three (3) areas which cover key Media Intelligence Services. The areas are broken into the following:
• Centralised Media Intelligence Portal
• Decentralised Media Intelligence Portal
• Media Intelligence Value Add Services

The Queensland Government has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of implementing a whole-of-Government Standing Offer Arrangement for Media Intelligence Services that will target the following key objectives:
 updating and expanding media intelligence services with improved coverage of print, TV, radio, online, social media and other data sources;
 increase monitoring of regional media content;
 improve data collection and reporting to measure services undertaken;
 increase drive in innovation, agility and user optimisation;
 meaningful performance indicators which measure the ongoing success of the arrangement; and
 encourage social and community outcomes.

A Supplier Briefing Session will be held at 10:30am (Queensland time) on 11 April 2018 at:
Level 3, AM 60, 60 Albert Street, Brisbane City
This is not a technical briefing. The intent of this briefing session will be to provide potential Suppliers with an overview of the ITO documentation and the intended outcomes of the invitation process.
Attendance at this Supplier Briefing Session is not mandatory but highly recommended.
Due to the seating restrictions at the venue, attendance is limited to two (2) people per organisation.
