Request for Tender for a Vehicle Reservation and Dispatch Management System for COMCAR

The Department of Finance and Deregulation (Finance) invites interested parties from recognised information technology companies to submit Tenders in response to the requirements set out in the Request for Tender FIN11/AMPS002 for the provision of a vehicle reservation and dispatch management system for COMCAR.

COMCAR provides car-with-driver services to a broad range of entitled clients, including parliamentarians and dignitaries, with over 75,000 reservations per year.

Finance is seeking to engage a suitable solution provider to implement a complete vehicle reservation and dispatch management system for COMCAR, including an optional solution hosting service, to enable efficient operation and improved service to clients.The solution must:

• be secure;
• be capable of recording travel details on a journey-by-journey basis;
• operate nationally, 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• enable accurate financial management and accounting; and
• allow for flexible reporting.
