Description
The Department of Justice, Karnet Prison Farm (KPF) is seeking a single contractor for the repairs, regular maintenance and provision of breakdown call-out service to the pasteuriser plant and milk packaging machines.
The successful Respondent will be required to provide the following Services:
- repairs to pasteuriser plant and milk packaging machines;
- regular maintenance of the pasteuriser plant and milk packaging machines;
- supply and replacement of spare parts to match existing equipment
(as required); - provision of breakdown call-out services (as required);
- retrofit / upgrade pasteuriser plant and milk packaging machines where required;
- provision of external support via telephone and remote access support;
- programming of PLC’s to manage startup, pasteurising and cleaning processes;
- ensure software is current in managing automation of equipment;
- ensure electronic equipment compatibility with software;
- ensure compliance of calibrated equipment to meet food safety requirements;
- supply and install new and replacement plant and equipment;
- any associated software licencing fees;
- external access monitoring of system data (identify faults before an issue); and
- training and consulting.
