The Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works (the department) has purchased a property at Cordelia Street to use as community housing for small families, including expectant mothers.
The department has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of procuring value for money, quality suppliers that can successfully deliver:
- Property and tenancy management (PTM) services
- Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) support services
The successful supplier/s will have the requisite skills, experience and capacity to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this ITO.
A site visit has been scheduled for 12pm to 1pm, Thursday 8 February 2024 at 68 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane. Suppliers wishing to attend the site visit must register. Details on how to register is available within the ITO document.
It is a mandatory requirement that:
- The successful supplier of PTM services must be an existing Registered Community Housing Provider funded by the Queensland Department of Housing.
- The successful supplier of SHS supported housing must be an existing Queensland Department of Housing funded SHS.
- Suppliers complete the Expenditure Plan for the three-year period that is within the allocated budget.
- Suppliers complete the Ethical Supplier Threshold Form and meet the Ethical Supplier Threshold.
- Suppliers complete the Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct declaration form and warrant that they will comply with the Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct.
