Deliver an updated, integrated suite of investment collateral for Hunter region, supported by a communications plan. Collateral will support investor engagement from initial enquiry to investment decision‑making, including industry & site‑specific information. Existing materials will be prioritised, with targeted primary research where required. Four Priority Site Analysis Reports will be prepared for the Port of Newcastle; Newcastle Airport and Astra Aerolab; John Hunter Health Innovation Precinct; & the Hunter Energy Hub (Liddell/Bayswater). Each site report will update data, maps and collateral for inclusion in the Targeted Hunter Investment Prospectus; identify development opportunities, barriers & activation timelines; distinguish site, industry and region‑wide constraints; recommend actions for NSW & Commonwealth Governments; identify growth industries; & assess industry opportunities & constraints. A public‑facing Targeted Hunter Investment Prospectus will present the region’s value proposition, liveability, infrastructure, workforce, skills, research & innovation ecosystem, priority industries, case studies, location profiles and government support. Supplementary modular resources will support presentations & tailored engagement. A targeted investment attraction program will be developed with key site owners, supported by a market report, communications plan, monitoring framework, shared messaging resources, & training for Hunter Leaders
