Description
On behalf of the Queensland Government, the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women is seeking to engage suitably qualified persons, organisations or consortium to implement and build upon the Our Way Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and the Changing Tracks Evaluation Plan.
The successful supplier will work with the Queensland First Children and Families Board, the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women, key partners and community representatives to plan and implement monitoring and evaluation activities which:
• are culturally appropriate
• incorporate both quantitative and qualitative streams in a mixed- methods design
• include participatory approaches to data collection and analysis.
Suppliers are strongly encouraged to form partnerships with individuals and organisations which will enable them to deliver all components of the contract.
