Internal Audit Services for Tourism Tasmania

Tourism Tasmania seeks a suitably qualified and experinced contractor to provide internal audit services designed to assess the adequacy of major operational systems and programs and to monitor the management of identified strategic and operational risk. The contractor will annually review and manage the update of Tourism Tasmania's strategic and operational risk profile and present recommendations in the form of an annual program of control, compliance and productivity reviews to be conducted; The contractor will undertake control and compliance testing of financial, human resource, management and other systems and make recommendations for improvement; The contractor will assess progress in implementing agreed risk mitigation plans, identified as part of the risk profile review; and, The contractor will undertake other specific projects including productivity reviews as and when required either idenfitied as part of the annual control and compliance review program or as additions to that program throughout the year.
