Description
The Queensland Government will allocate $1.588 million for the delivery of statewide SACP legal assistance services from 1 September 2017 to 30 June 2020.
The primary focus of the SACP services is the provision of:
• court representation to sexual assault victims who seek to prevent disclosure of counselling communications in court; and
• education and training to the community (including counsellors) and legal profession regarding the privilege.
Applications must be submitted via QTenders by 2:00pm AEST on Wednesday 26 July 2017.
