Mirrabooka Family Support Network - Lead Agency

REQUEST TITLE: MIRRABOOKA FAMILY SUPPORT NETWORK - LEAD AGENCY

The Children and Community Services Ministerial Body through the Department for Child Protection and Family Support (the Department) is seeking responses from suitable Respondents to perform the role of Lead Agency for the Mirrabooka Family Support Network.

Family Support Networks are an alliance of community sector services and the Department, providing a common entry point to services, delivering earlier, targeted support to families. The Lead Agency is responsible for overall coordination of the Family Support Network including the common entry point, integrated governance arrangements and the development of partnerships. The network will integrate services that support families and young people to maximise or promote the developmental needs, safety and wellbeing of at risk young people and children, and address the risks and crises that young people and families may experience.

A non-mandatory briefing will be conducted at 11.00am, Monday, 23 September 2013 at the Mirrabooka Family Centre, Activity Room 2, 69 Honeywell Boulevard, Mirrabooka.
