Provision of Cleaning Services

JLL, on behalf of our client, Department of Finance - BMW is seeking a highly qualified and experienced cleaning contractor to provide regular & periodic cleaning services at the Midland Square, Midland.

The scope of work is in accordance with the attached Cleaning Scope 1MidlandSQ v1. Works include, but not limited to:

REGULAR CLEANING SERVICES:

a) Daily Services, as specified;

b) Twice weekly Service, as specified;

c) Weekly Service, as specified;

d) Bi-Monthly Services, as specified:

e) Monthly Service, as specified;

f) Quarterly Service, as specified;

g) Quarterly Service, as specified; and

h) Day Cleaner, as specified.

PERIODIC SERVICES:

a) Annual carpet cleaning, as specified;

b) Annual mat cleaning, as specified;

c) Annual cleaning of end of trip facilities, as specified;

d) Annual cleaning of grills door grills, air conditioning vents, diffusers and ceiling vents, as specified;

The Premises, as specified to be cleaned in the Description of Services, will be occupied during the term of the Contract.
