Proposed Ferry Feasibility - Feature & Geophysical Surveys

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the contract Proposed Ferry Feasibility - Feature and Geophysical Surveys at five locations.

The works are limited to the five locations as summarised in Attachment 1 Scope of Works - Appendix 1. Due to the sensitivity and confidentiality, we have provided the square meterage of each area required for pricing. Site locations and sketches will only be provided upon award of the work and receipt of completed confidentiality undertakings.

The feasibility investigation will be used to determine and confirm the location suitability and allow an engineering concept to be further developed.

Where an item of work is not expressly mentioned in the Project documents but is necessary for the satisfactory completion and performance of the Contract works, it shall be performed by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their tender.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
