Supply & Implementation of Research Data Storage & Backup Infrastructure

AIMS is seeking a highly scalable research data storage and backup system which can be configured to AIMS' existing environment and accommodate anticipated exponential growth in storage requirements over the next 5 to 10 years. Professional services to integrate the system is also required. AIMS is not seeking to implement a system that requires extensive customised development. The system solution is required to interoperate with the planned enhanced hybrid cloud environment and support an edge to core to cloud data pipeline. The Successful Tenderer is required to provide a system that is accessible to all AIMS' staff, in Canberra, Darwin, Perth and Townsville. Some locations, for example during field operations, may have intermittent or poor internet connections.
