Event Traffic Management Services

VenuesWest is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Respondent to provide traffic management services including managing the traffic and the egress of patrons associated with entertainment and sporting events held at its venues.

The Services required include:

(a) Preparation, submission and managing the approval process of traffic management plans to the relevant approving authorities;

(b) Providing traffic management services for events, including provision of associated equipment and personnel; and

(c) Providing ad-hoc consumables as required, for example bunting for marking walkways.
