Department of Housing

The Department of Housing has leased a 22-motel room hotel at 422 Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton as is seeking to procure a suitable supplier.

The department has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procureing a value for money, quality supplier that can successfully deliver:

• Property and tenancy management services
• Specalist Homelessness Services support/Mobile support services.

The successful supplier will have the requisite skills, systems and infrastructure in place to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this Invitation to Offer.

A site visit has been scheduled for 2.00pm-3.00pm, Thursday 12 October 2023 at 422 Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton.

It is a mandatory requirement that suppliers complete the following:

• Ethical Supplier Threshold form and meet the Ethical Supplier Threshold (refer to Schedule A – Response Schedule).
• Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct 2023 Supplier formal declaration (refer to Schedule A – Response Schedule) and warrant that they comply with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Expenditure Plan over the three-years within the allocated budget (refer to Attachment 1).
