Description

The Department of Education, Training and Employment (the department) is seeking offers from organisations to establish an ICT Standing Offer Arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Routers to Queensland state schools.

The ITO is formulated to identify the suitable replacement routers for the existing aging routers on the Schools Network and this upgrade program is planned to run over a period of 3 to 5 years. When the Customer requires Products available under the ICT Standing Offer Arrangement, an Ordering Officer will issue an order to the Contractor.

It is mandatory that Offers comply with the following criteria. Any Offer that does not comply with these criteria will be considered non-conforming.

  • Offeror must be a signatory to GITC Version 5.01/5.02, or agree to be a signatory to GITC
  • Offeror must be the manufacturer or a reseller with top-tiered partnership with the manufacturer (eg. premium or gold reseller).
  • Products must comply with all mandatory Product Requirements (items indicated with “M”).
  • Offeror must be able to provide 24x7 technical support
  • Offeror must be able to provide Proof of concept
  • Products are covered by minimum five (5) years warranty
  • Offeror must have an accredited Quality Assurance certification such as ISO9001
  • Offeror’s specialist technical support must be based in Queensland
