Panel Contract for the Provision of Electrical Services (Maintenance & Minor Works)

Establishment of a Panel for:

1. Preventive Maintenance & Corrective/Breakdowns; and
2. Minor works (Planned Works $20,000 up to $250,000).

The scope of Services shall include the following:

• • • Routine scheduled electrical maintenance;
    • Unscheduled/breakdown fault repair electrical services;
    • Minor improvement works (Minor Works up to $250,000);
    • Modifications to existing electrical systems;
    • Asset conditions assessments;
    • Regulatory testing and tagging of equipment;
    • Updating construction drawings and schematics; and
    • Reporting.
