Description
Our client, Department of Finance – Building Management and Works, is the landlord of 189 Royal St East Perth. It is established that Lifts 4, 5 and 7 have reached to the end of their lifecycle and are in of modernisation or the total replacement, as per specified by the lift consultant. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced vertical transport services contractor to carry out works.
Global Elevator Management (GEM) was commissioned by Jones Lang LaSalle to prepare scope of works for the modernisation of Lifts 4, 5 and 7 at 189 Royal St East Perth. Global Elevator Management (GEM) will also monitor works progressively and also undertake the final “Sign Off” upon commencement of the Practical Completion (PC).
