PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (PathWest) is the public pathology service in Western Australia (WA) providing diagnostic services across the full range of pathology disciplines. Within PathWest, its Forensic Biology section performs specialist biological analyses on forensic items referred from the Western Australian Police Force (WA Police).
This Request seeks to establish a contractual arrangement, with one or more suppliers, for the ongoing supply and delivery of Forensic DNA Profiling Kits (autosomal and Y chromosome STR kits) to PathWest.
The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request will operate as a standing offer, whereby Orders can be placed on an as required basis.
