The objective of the project is to gather information for use in the RTA’s strategic and operational planning, on:
• How clients rate the RTA’s performance in delivering specific services required by in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
• Client expectations about the standards of service delivery from the RTA
• Which aspects of service delivery are most important to our clients
In gathering information on performance, the research is expected to show the relationship between performance and relative importance of elements of service delivery and will assist in identifying strengths to build upon and priority areas for improvement.
• How clients rate the RTA’s performance in delivering specific services required by in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
