The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (‘Department’), invites Tenders for the provision of Cyber Cooperation Program (CCP) Support Unit, in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
DFAT seeks to engage the services of a suitable Contractor to recruit, contract, mobilise and manage a small Support Unit for the Program.
The objective of the service is to provide DFAT with responsive and efficient expertise to support effective delivery of the Cyber Cooperation Program and its activities, including in the areas of contract management, monitoring and evaluation, financial management and general program administration.
The Support Unit will complement the existing capacity of DFAT’s in-house Cyber Cooperation Program team who have overall responsibility for strategic planning, program design and communications and advocacy. With the direction of DFAT, the Support Unit is expected to provide timely, appropriate and up-to-date advice, inputs and/or services to DFAT and support existing and future implementing partners deliver activities in accordance with the Program’s Investment Strategy.
DFAT has a requirement for the implementation of services scheduled to commence on Late-January 2020 and conclude 30 June 2023.
