Offerers are invited for entering into a Service Agreement, in accordance with the Conditions of this Request for Offer for the Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of Automatic Opening Electric Doors, as described in this specification for the identified Townsville Hospital and Health Services (“the HHS”) facilities:
- The Townsville Hospital,
- Cambridge Street Vincent,
- Palmerston Street Vincent,
- Parklands Aged Care Facility,
- Ingham Health Service
- Joyce Palmer Health Service (Palm Island)
- Ayr Health Service,
- Home Hill Health Service,
- Eventide Aged Care Facility,
- Charters Towers Hospital
