This contract is for The DFV YPP program. It is an early intervention initiative for children and young people aged 10–17 years. It seeks to address the underlying drivers of DFV while strengthening protective factors that reduce the likelihood of escalation into more serious, entrenched, or long-term harm. The program aims to interrupt pathways toward future violence, justice involvement, and intergenerational DFV, while supporting young people’s safety, wellbeing, and positive development.
