The Director of National Parks invites quotations to undertake continued manual removal of the weed species, Buffel Grass – Cenchrus ciliaris – in those areas of the park of ecological significance adjacent to Uluru that have been treated for several successive years.
Maps and images of the specific areas where weeds are to be removed are included in the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) documentation along with examples of the weeds at various stages of growth and maturity.
