Exhibition Multimedia Hardware Supply and Installation

There are two components of this requirement as follows:

1) Supply Hardware

• Supply of approximately 1,708 multimedia hardware items including provision and installation software and hardware licences required for hardware operation and overall show control programming;
• Provision of labour for hardware installation in a live construction environment;
• Co-ordination and planning with the Memorial’s in-house Gallery Development team and with external contractors;
• Provision of technical support and labour for installation, programming and hardware commissioning for individual displays;
• An optional set of ‘day one spares’ to support the overall multimedia plan may be treated as a variation with the successful tenderer/s;

2) Show Control Component

• Design, programming, integration, and commissioning of the AV show control systems for the entire gallery spaces;
• Provision of technical support and labour for integration of multimedia hardware system(s) into overall show control systems; and
• Coordination with MM producers to facilitate show control programming.
