Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for two (2) services to operate in the Eagleby SA2 area of the South East Region.
Requirements of these services are under the following:
- Service type 1 - Access - Community Support service
- Service type 2 - Community Connect Trial
The services specified above are to be centre-based and located in the Eagleby SA2 catchment. Although contracted seperately, there is a requirement for the successful Supplier to provide both service types from the same premises.
The successful Supplier is expected to have/source suitable premises located in Eagleby, from which to operate both service types.
