Queensland Health (QH), acting through Health Support Queensland (HSQ) - Strategic Procurement and Supply (SPS), is seeking offers from suitably qualified Suppliers under this Invitation to Offer (ITO) for;

Maintenance of Pneumatic Tube & Telelift Carrier Systems

HSQ is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA). The objective is to standardise services, improve contract management and achieve best value for money.

Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for both categories listed below with the intent to enter into an SOA and work collaboratively with the HSQ and Customers for the Service maintenance of Pneumatic Tubes and Telelift Carrier Systems located in their facilities for either:

a) Service Level 1 - 24/7 Comprehensive Service Maintenance (including gazetted public holidays); and/or
b) Service Level 2 – Routine Preventative & Corrective Service Maintenance with Breakdowns charged as required.

The initial Customers that will be eligible to place orders under the SOA are:

• Metro South HHS
• Metro North HHS; and
• West Moreton HHS.
