Description
The Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women (the department) is committed to improving the quality of life of Queensland women. The department provides funding to non-government organisations to deliver health and wellbeing services that holistically support women with gender-based health issues across their lifespan to enhance their wellbeing and support their social and economic participation and independence.
The department is seeking to procure four new women’s health and wellbeing support services for up to five years in
1. Ipswich;
2. Toowoomba;
3. Sunshine Coast/Noosa; and
4. Moreton Bay.
The new services will provide trauma informed counselling and case management support to meet the ongoing needs of women and young women who require assistance to achieve better health and wellbeing.
