The Reserve Bank of Australia (the Bank) invites Proposals for the provision of professional Services to:
1.assist the Bank with the tender for the new cloud based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution
2.Design and implement (i) future state HR-related business processes, (ii) the chosen cloud based HCM solution, and (iii) the requisite change management activities
3.provide ongoing support for the Bank to maintain and enhance the chosen cloud based HCM solution
