Family and Domestic Violence System Reform Plan Impact Evaluation

The Department of Communities (Communities, the Customer) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultant (Contractor) to undertake monitoring and evaluation of the Strengthening Responses to Family and Domestic Violence – System Reform Plan 2024 to 2029 (System Reform Plan), in particular, the impact at system and pillar levels. The Customer requires:

1. Development and piloting of a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework;

2. Process Evaluation Report; and

3. Summative Evaluation Report.
