The Department office at The Store, 6 Stewart Ave, Newcastle West consists of three floors of an agile office with space covering 3543 sq metres. The office consists of 384 agile desks, 64 drop in desks, 24 bookable desks, a variety of bookable and non-bookable meeting rooms, multi-purpose rooms and collaboration spaces. These spaces are shared by various staff throughout each day. Maintaining the cleanliness of shared workspaces, meeting rooms and kitchens throughout the day is required to ensure each space is ready for use. Day cleaning services are required from 7am to 5pm weekdays. This procurement will seek to engage a day cleaning service provider to achieve positive social outcomes for indigenous communities and/or disability support.
