This consultancy includes the requirement to work with the customer, the Child & Adolescent Community Health (CAHS) and other stakeholders to develop a change management strategy, provide strategic oversight, and act managing consultant on a program of change management as Princess Margaret Hospital transitions to the New Children's Hospital.
