Description
Fire and Emergency Services (FESA) is seeking an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solution for the new FESA Complex located at 20 Stockton Bend, Cockburn Central.
The new FESA Complex is a building of three office accommodation levels which is currently under construction and will accommodate approximately 300 staff. The building will house the FESA Communications Centre (COMCEN) a critical 24x7x365 facility for the receiving of ‘000’ calls for fire and emergency services and dispatch of services to an emergency; Regional and State Operational centres (ROC/SOC) which manage the ongoing incident as well as operational and administration support staff.
