The Contractor should undertake a dynamic general equilibrium economic modeling exercise to provide estimates of the impacts upon the Australian and Indonesian economies of liberalisation of tariffs and non-tariff barriers on agricultural and industrial goods, and liberalisation of services and investment flows between the two countries.
