The purpose of the Services is to establish an ongoing relationship with an experienced Irrigation and Water Resource Consultant to provide:
- professional advice on an as required hourly rate basis;
- develop a range of irrigation design solutions for projects and provide project management/superintendent services for major irrigation enhancement projects or as requested (fee for service).
