Description
The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) is seeking the services of organisations for provision of services for the audit of the financial statements of the following Northern Territory based government entities:
* Anindilyakwa Land Council;
* Cape Don Pty Ltd;
* Central Land Council;
* Central Land Council Native Title Representative Body;
* Kakadu Tourism (GCH) Pty Ltd;
* Kakadu Tourism (GLC) Pty Ltd
* Leonora Investment Trust;
* Northern Land Council;
* Northern Land Council Native Title Representative Body;
* Outback Stores Pty Ltd;
* Tennant Creek Foodbarn Partnership;
* Tiwi Land Council; and
* Wildman Wilderness Lodge Pty Ltd.
A detailed statement of the services (Services) is contained in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) at Part 3 of this Request for Tender (RFT).
Tenderers are reminded of the requirements relating to auditor appointment, independence and rotation in Part 2M.4 of the Corporations Act 2001, where the audit is of a Corporations Act body.
