Everton Office Redevelopment

The North East CMA’s Everton Office at 25 Ward Lane Everton 3678 was damaged by flash flooding in December 2018. Restoration works have since been completed to restore the office to the original condition prior the flooding event. These restored interior offices have not been in use since the flooding event and the CMA will now be inviting interested parties to tender for building works to refurbish and modernise the interior offices in order to resume operations.

The building works will include any number of the following activities:

• The removal of some interior walls and installation of new walls and ceiling (framing and plastering)
• Removal and/or relocation of existing exterior doors
• Relocating and replacing the existing hot water service.
• Some potential tiling in wet areas as required.
• The installation of energy efficient LED lighting, electrical points and data circuits
• The installation of new cabinetry
• The installation of vinyl flooring throughout.
• Painting as necessary throughout the proposed office area

Please be aware North East CMA will not be engaging individual suppliers for this project. Purchasing of components and products will be completed by the Contractor who will be the successful tenderer. The winning bidder details will be uploaded to the Buying for Victoria Website post tender evaluation.
