Kinross PS Tuart Block DB Power Upgrade

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the design, supply, delivery to site, storing and installation and testing of the Electrical Services systems as listed in the Annexure 1 ? Scope and Specifications. All work shall comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities, Australian Standards and any additional performance requirements outlined within this document: Works are to be completed at Kinross Primary School Tuart Block located at 64 Kinross Dr, Kinross, Western Australia, 6028. The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, supply and installation, testing and commissioning of the following: Mobilisation and Site establishment Provide switchboard shop drawings within two weeks of appointment. Provide a dilapidation report, 4 weeks prior to any works on site, including continuity and mega test on the existing electrical services being re-used. Submission of programme of works (for approval by the Superintendent) including schedules for anticipated power shutdowns. The electrical work shall be scheduled to take place during the school holidays. Removal and disposal of demolition, redundant materials, cabling and equipment from works undertaken to complete the installation. Labelling and identification. Installation, Testing and Commissioning. Provide performance guarantees and certification for the new works. Provide 12 months defects liability period. Provide maintenance of all equipment and systems provided under this contract for the duration of the defects liability period of twelve (12) months. Provide a 24 hour ?call out service? for all equipment and systems provided under this contract for the duration of the defects liability period of twelve (12) months. Supply three (3) copies of as-installed drawings Supply three (3) copies of Operating and Manuals on completion of the site works. Allow to arrange and pay for the isolation and reinstatement of the buildings fire protection systems for the completion of any hot works or penetration works.The electrical services contractor to obtain approval from the base building management on completion of the project and to rectify any defects. Provision of all required cable support systems for the existing and new electrical, data and communications services cables.
