Description
Western Australia (WA) Police Force utilises Digital Video Interview of Suspects (DVIS) units to interview persons of interest, witnesses and victims of crime. These DVIS units at selected stations have been replaced with a fit for purpose camcorder.Camcorders are also used by Frontline Officers across the State for evidence capture whilst carrying out their duties and are critical to their operations.The camcorders are standalone equipment, ie not networked.
