2018-2019-T008 - Cleaning of Public Amenities

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of cleaning services to public amenities for Gympie Regional Council.

Documents are available from the Queensland Government QTender website at https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/home.do. Tenderers must be registered with the Queensland Government QTender site to be able to download documents, request information and submit tenders.

Suitably endorsed tenders close at the below website address at 2pm on Tuesday 30 April 2019. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives. In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.

No site inspection or Council briefing will be provided.

All requests for clarification or further information by suppliers/contractors must be done via the Online Discussion within QTenders at https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/home.do and the cut-off for requests for clarification or further information is 5 days prior (2pm on 25 April 2019) to the Closing Time.
