Description
The National Measurement Institute (NMI) requires an Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (UHPLC) with an ultra-violet (UV) light detector. This instrument will be used for purification of nucleic acid fragments (50-2000 base pairs and RNA) by ion exchange chromatography using mobile phases at high salt concentrations. The system should be cost effective, reliable and provide excellent performance.
