Description
The State Party is undertaking a Registration of Interest (ROI) process to assist with the planning, development and implementation of Home Stretch WA.
The State Party wishes to gauge the level of interest of Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) in Western Australia for the provision of a culturally secure and localised services that will contribute to the achievement of a young person (18-21 years) exiting care arrangements transition into independence within the Home Stretch WA model.
This Department of Communities (Communities) procurement approach continues to align with Communities’ ACCO Strategy and the National Agreement on Closing the Gap targets.
