Description
The Department of Education (the Department), is seeking to engage a suitable Contractor for the provision of a service that will detect plagiarism.
Through this Request, the Department wishes to establish an arrangement for the provision of a plagiarism checking system delivered in the form of “Software as a Service” solution (SaaS). Associated services must also be provided to configure the solution initially and periodically throughout the contract term, deliver user training (for up to ten (10) users).
