Provision of Service Maintenance of Lifts, Escalators and Associated Equipment

Queensland Health as Principal, is seeking Proposals for the Provision of Service Maintenance of Lifts, Escalators, and Associated Equipment on behalf of the Queensland Hospital and Health Services (HHSs).

Queensland HHSs have a requirement for a 24/7 Service Maintenance or their Plant and are seeking offers from suitably experienced contractors. The Principal is seeking to establish an Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with successful Suppliers with the aim of standardising services, building relationships and improved contract management. The Principal is looking for Suppliers who can demonstrate they have the capability to service all facilities within a HHS including the capability to service various manufacturers Plant across the facilities.

Suppliers are requested to submit offers for both:

a) 24/7 Comprehensive Service Maintenance; and

b) Routine Preventative & Corrective Maintenance with Breakdown Support Service.

The SOA will be established for a period of three years with two one year options to extend.
