Project Sea 1442 Phase 3 Maritime Communication & Information Management Architecture Modernisation

The Department of Defence invite suitable companies to request tender documentation for Project SEA 1442 Phase 3 Maritime Communication & Information Management Architecture Modernisation. This phase is established to modernise and integrate the communications infrastructure onboard ships supporting data requirements at all security levels, via digital integration and limited switchboard upgrades. It will provide an initial capability to the highest priority vessels and lay a foundation for future C3I enhancements. An Industry brief will be held at The Griffin Hotel, 15 Tench Street, Kingston ACT 2604 on Wednesday 15 December 2004 at 10:00am. There will be a limit of two persons per company. Nominations for attendance must be with the RFT contact officer by 4:00pm Monday 13 December 2004. As parts of the tender are RESTRICTED companies requesting tender documentation are to provide details of a nominated custodian with appropriate clearance, along with proof of facility and IT accreditation if available.
