Description
In line with the government announcement to increase provision of victim support and child witness services to the Perth metropolitan area through the non government sector, this request is to deliver these services to the Peel region. Services encompass counselling, support and information services to victims of crime and court preparation and support to children. Provision of these services address the outcomes defined in the Court and Tribunal Services divisional strategic plan, requirements of the Victims of Crime Act 1994 and also encompass the commitment of the Department of the Attorney General (DotAG) to providing access to services to victims of crime.
DotAG is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide both victim support and child witness services in the Peel region.
