DPFEM is seeking a mix of consultants and contractors, on a panel to provide expert advice and specialist project services to support DPFEM project work. The Panel will exist to provide resources for multiple projects. These resources can include, but are not limited to the following roles:
• Project management consultants
• Business analysts
• Project support resources
• Organisational change management consultant.
