Description
This Request for Tender is for the refurbishment a number of refurbishment properties on behalf of the Department of Housing (the ‘Works’) in the Southern Region.
Specifically, 4 Sections are included in this tender. Each section to be priced separately. The details of the 4 Sections are as follows:
Section 1: Full refubishment of GROH property 4 Powley St, Denmark
Section 2: Partial refurbishment of GROH property 26 Haese St, Mt Barker AND Full refurbishment of GROH property 30 Haese Street, Mt Barker
Section 3: Full refurbishment of Public Housing property 494 Lower King Road, Albany AND Works project at Public Housing property Unit 3, 5 Playne Street, Albany AND Works project at Public Housing property, 26 Beauchamp Street Albany.
Section 4: Full refurbishment of GROH property 8 Agnes Place, Bremer Bay AND Full refurbishment of GROH property 1 Collins Street, Jerramungup AND Partial refurbishment of Public Housing property 9 Reid Street, Pingrup
