Description
The Department of Communities is seeking Offers for the provision of Family Support Network Services (FSN) in each of four (4) Communities' corridors in the Metropolitan area:
- Cannington/Armadale
- Fremantle/Rockingham
- Mirrabooka/Joondalup
- Perth/Midland.
The FSN is a network of community services in the metropolitan area that supports families in their local community who are experiencing complex challenges and are vulnerable to involvement with the child protection system.
