Description
The Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs (the department) is seeking to purchase a flexible emergency overnight non-family-based care service with a proactive outreach component.
The South East Region is seeking an innovative service delivery model that will respond, in a holistic way, to young people with a range of complex needs who are unwilling or unable to engage in set (traditional) non-family-based place options.
The service will be based in the Central Gold Coast area of the South East Region close to transport options. .
The service is required to commence on 1 May 2021 for a period of up to three (3) years and two (2) months.

Industry Briefing
The department will provide an Industry Briefing in relation to this procurement activity on Wednesday 16 December 2020 to provide background and clarify details of the Request for Quote (RFQ).
The briefing will be limited to information contained in the RFQ and Departmental representatives will not be available for one on one discussion.
The briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams from 3:00-4:30pm.
