Provision of Global Real Estate Valuation Services

United Process Solutions on behalf of The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who can provide Global Real Estate Valuation Services. The objective is to provide DFAT management with a range of valuation services for the Overseas Property Portfolio to meet financial reporting requirements and to assist in various asset management functions. The assets to be valued incorporate a wide variety of specialised and non-specialised properties located outside of Australia. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate strategic location of suitably experienced and qualified valuers on a regional basis. The property assets include embassies, chanceries, head of mission residences and other residential facilities. Valuation services will include assessments of fair value, market value, market rental value and insurance value, as well as property market forecasting and research. The service provider will be responsible for the project management of the process. The scope of services includes scheduled valuation management services with full details set out within the “Request For Tender (RFT)” Document.
